FAQ
Simply use the booking calendar to select your desired available date and time—by clicking "BOOK NOW"—and complete the checkout process within the system. Payment can be made via PayPal or credit card. Afterward, you will receive a booking confirmation containing a code for the key safe, allowing you to access the vehicle key.
If the vehicle appears as available on the booking calendar, it will be located in the designated parking space in front of the terminal at Chemnitz/Jahnsdorf Airfield. If this is not the case—but you do have an active booking—please contact us directly by phone at 01733843887.
After a successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email. This email contains a link to reschedule or cancel your booking. Both functions are also available via the booking website within your customer area. Our published cancellation policy applies.
The available vehicle is a Mango Yellow Renault Twingo—a 4-seater equipped with a manual transmission, air conditioning, heated seats, and central locking. All necessary documents are also located inside the vehicle.
You will find the key in the key box located at the entrance to the terminal at Chemnitz/Jahnsdorf Airfield, directly next to the mailbox and the doorbell (to the left of the terminal's main entrance). You received the access code for the key box via email along with your booking confirmation. Please take care not to lose the key. Upon returning the vehicle, please place the key back into the key box. The access code for the key box is the same as the one used for retrieval.
You may park the car directly in the parking lot where it was picked up. The key must be deposited in the designated return drop box. You do not need to take any further action; your booking concludes at the end of the pre-selected booking period and upon the return of the key. Please do not forget to refuel the vehicle accordingly.

Please refuel the vehicle at a public gas station to the same fuel level at which you received it.
Additional charges will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.

Immediately secure the accident scene. Attend to any injured persons and call emergency services (112 in Germany). In the event of property damage only, please call the police (110 in Germany). In all cases, we ask that you complete the accident report and send it, along with photos of the damage, to contact@phils.aero. You can find the accident report in the vehicle folder, attached to your booking confirmation email, and on our website. We are also available to assist you around the clock at 01733843887.
Are you stranded and unable to move? First, move yourself and your passengers out of the danger zone, and then secure the area with a wide perimeter. Afterward, please contact our Service Center, which is available to assist you around the clock at 01733843887.
If you discover any damage—such as a paint scratch or a dent—please take photos of the damage with your smartphone and use our online damage report form. Alternatively, you may report it via email at contact@phils.aero or via WhatsApp at 01733843887.
As a general rule: Before starting any trip and after every parking maneuver, please verify whether there is any damage to or inside the vehicle. Compare any damage you find against our current damage log, which is available online in your customer area or via your confirmation email. By commencing your trip, you confirm that the vehicle is free of damage. Please report any damage—such as paint scratches or dents—as well as interior damage, such as worn upholstery or scratches of comparable size on the interior trim. Damaged headlights, stone chips, and cracks in the windshield must also be reported. If you have caused any damage yourself, please report it immediately using our online damage reporting tool. Alternatively, you may report it via email at contact@phils.aero or via WhatsApp at 01733843887. Naturally, any damage that is already listed in the current damage log does not need to be reported again.
