Please inspect the vehicle carefully for existing damage upon pickup. Should you notice any damage that is not yet recorded in the existing damage report, it must be reported and photographically documented before commencing your journey

Damage reports can be submitted conveniently digitally via our website—including a description and image upload. Alternatively, damage can also be reported via email or WhatsApp.

The ongoing damage log serves to transparently document all known vehicle damage and is also available for download here. This ensures you are on the safe side at all times.
